95年、アルバム「Blue Jam」でデビュー。スウェーデン人プロデューサー、トーレ・ヨハンソンとのコラボレーションによりアルバム『Heaven’s Kitchen』『Even So』など数々のスマッシュヒットを生む。今年2005年は、彼女にとってデビュー10周年の年である。初期から続く海外での活動を更に活発化させ、今年１月から海外ＬＩＶＥ、レコーディングと精力的に活動を開始。一方、国内では、6/22(水)に自らのルーツである楽曲を他アーティストとのコラボレーションをしつつカバーしたアルバム『REMINISCENCE』（レミニッセンス）を発表。

BONNIE PINK made a debut with an album, “Blue Jam” in 1995. Had smash hits such as “Heaven’s Kitchen,” “Even So” produced by Tore Johannson. 2005 marks her 10th anniversary and she has been recording and performing overseas since early January. Back in Japan she released her first cover album "REMINISCENCE", which features artists that she has worked closely with. The songs selected present the roots of her musical inspirations.

Digital photo life

昔から写真を撮るのが好きなので、ここ数年間はいつもデジカメを持ち歩いています。あっ、これは！と思ったときにすぐ撮りたい私としては携帯電話付属のそれよりやっぱりデジカメ。昔はよく重たいカメラを持ち歩いたもんだ、と、すっかりデジカメ人になってしまっている私。主に景色とか動物とか、ちょっと面白い身の回りの人だったりが被写体です。あと、マネージャーさんに「これと一緒に私を撮って！」と頼む事も多いです。
私のデジカメ第１号も実はEXILIMだったのですが、今使っているのは第２号のEX-S100です。小さい割に画面が大きくて見やすいのと、立ち上がりが早い所が気に入ってます。操作も簡単だし、今後はボイスレコーダーとしての機能なんかも駆使していきたいと思ってます。大好きなリラックマがぶら下がってます。

Taking pictures has been my favorite thing. So over the few years, I carry around my digital camera with me all the time. To shoot intuitively, I prefer the digital camera to the mobile with camera function. My objects are landscapes, animals, and those who are unique around me. And I often ask my manager to take pictures of me with my object. Actually, my first digital camera was EXILIM, too. Now I use my second, EX-S100, which has a large screen for its small size, and runs quickly. I think I’m gonna use its voice recording function this time.
