映画やドラマの制作スタッフとして十数年のキャリアを積んだ後、島根県へ移住し「蛙男商会」名義で個人制作のFlashアニメを発表。代表作は、映画「秘密結社鷹の爪 THE MOVIE」、TBS「筑紫哲也News23」内『蛙男劇場』など。研ぎすまされた脚本と独特のギャグセンスで各界から高い評価を受けている。
最近では、2008年2月16日よりTOHOシネマズ系にて「菅井君と家族石THE MOVIE」が全国順次公開が決定。その他にも多数作品企画が進行中、日本のアニメ業界を揺るがす作品を物凄いスピードで生み出し続けている。

Image Creator. After working as a staff of movies and TV dramas for a decade, he moved to Shimane Prefecture and published Flash animations in the name of FROGMAN, (Kaeruotoko-shokai). Major works: "Eagle Talon THE MOVIE", "Kaeruotoko Theater" aired in "Tetsuya Chikushi NEWS 23"(TBS). His exquisite teleplays and sense of humor are highly praised from various quarters. "Sguy and The Family Stone THE MOVIE" will be played in TOHO Cinemas theaters from Feb. 16th. And many projects are in progress. Now he works at rapid pace, which shakes the whole industry.

コンパクトで直観的に使える容易さ。日常ではっと気づいた時に取り出せる取り回しの良さが魅力的。
それと動画とスチールの撮影ボタンが分けられているのが仕事上、動画を扱う事が多い自分にとって、いちいち設定を切り替える必要がないのがいいですね。
メニュー画面やボタンの配置もすごく直観的で、取扱説明書をとりあえず読まなくともすぐに操作できる容易さ。妻は機械音痴ですが、EXILIMなら使いこなせられると思います。
かといって機能などスペックは、このコンパクトボディに似つかわしくないほどこだわっているので、しばらくは私専用になりそうです。家族用には別の機種を…。

The camera has a button for movie images and one for still images so you don't have to switch the function of a button and feel any inconvenience. The menu display and arrangement of buttons are so intuitive that you need not read user's manual. My wife is not familiar with electric devices but she can even use it. This camera has so many specifications for its compact body. The camera is just for me for a while, maybe some other for my family...
