Digital photo life
大学の映像科を卒業したからか、はたまた両親が写真家だからか、「写真も撮るんですよね？」って聞かれるのですが、全然！写真は記念撮影が主で撮るのも人物ばかり。写真の才能はまったく無いと自分で確信しているのでアートの世界はプロの方にお任せしています。だからデジカメを選ぶ基準は持ち歩きやすさ第一。今使っているEXILIMも前に使っていたEXILIMも軽いし、撮りたい時にサッと動いてくれるのでわたしにピッタリです。性格がトロいわりにせっかちなので動作が早いEXILIMとのお付き合いはストレス知らずです。現代人にオススメ！
今回行ったタイはひとり旅。そうするとなかなか自分の写真が撮れません。いちおう旅行中の自分の顔も撮っておこうとホテルの部屋で鏡越しに撮ったらEXILIMのほうが写真写りが良かったです。
I don’t know whether it is because I graduated from the Department of Images at school, or because both my parents are photographers, but I’m often asked “You’re a photographer too, aren’t you?” whereas in fact,this is definitely not the case! Most of the pictures I take are of commemorative events, and only of people at that. Since my talent for taking pictures is definitely nonexistent, I choose to leave this world of art up to the professionals. So the most important thing for me in choosing a digital camera would be, first and foremost, how easy it is to carry around. The EXILIM camera that I am using right now (and my previous EXILIM also), is light and also functions quickly when I want to take a picture, which, for me, is ideal. Though I am a person who is basically slow on the uptake, I have an impatient streak, and so my relationship with this camera is completely stress-free thanks to the quick operational functions it offers.Recommended for the modern man!
This time I made a solo trip to Thailand. Traveling alone makes it difficult to take a picture of oneself. Still, I thought I would take a picture of myself during this trip, and took a shot of my face reflected in the hotel room mirror, with the resulting picture making me look better than I actually am.
