中学校からの同級生。全員が岡本太郎好きで、ラモーンズのように全員苗字はオカモト。
今年2011年バンド名の由来にもなっている敬愛する岡本太郎氏の誕生日である2月26日に開催された生誕100年イベント「TARO100祭」に出演。
2011年8月3日に1st single「欲望を叫べ!!!!」発売、そして9月7日ニューアルバム「欲望」リリース後、全国14都市をまわるワンマンツアーOKAMOTO'S Tour 2011〝KICK OUT THE EYES″を展開。
11月12月には香港台湾ベトナムをまわるアジアライヴツアーを敢行。
Sho Okamoto (vocals), Koki Okamoto (guitar), Hama Okamoto (bass), and Reiji Okamoto (drums). They were classmates since junior high school. They all love Taro Okamoto and use "Okamoto" for their last name like Ramones. Performed at "TARO 100 Festival" celebrating Taro Okamoto's 100th anniversary on his birthday, Feb. 26th. The name of the band is named after him. Their first single tune, "Yokubo wo Sakebe" was released on Aug. 3rd followed by their latest album, "Yokubo" on Sep. 7th. They made the nationwide "KICK OUT THE EYES" tour in fourteen cities this year. In November and December, they are on tour Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

スタッフが何も言わず渡された時に携帯電話かと思ったのですが、カメラと聞いてびっくりしました。
見た目いい！そして早速、香港・台湾・ベトナムでのライヴの時に持っていきました。
写真撮影はもちろんですが、OKAMOTO'Sの活動のなかで欠かせないのは動画撮影！
毎回記録しているライヴ映像も手軽に臨場感ある撮影できました。
カメラの持ち運びは重かったり大きかったり何かとたいへんですが、これはポケットに入れておけば撮りたいと思った時にパッと撮れます。この手軽さと簡単な操作方法でこれだけのクオリティーのものが撮影できるとは本当にビックリしました。
It was so surprising that this was not a cell phone but a camera when our staff handed the camera to us without saying anything. It looks so cool and we brought it to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam with us. As well as taking pictures, it is necessary for OKAMOTO'S to shoot movies. We record each live image, and with this camera, it is easy to shoot and you can get realistic movies. It's kind of trouble when you carry a camera because of its weight and size. But this is so handy. Just keep it in your pocket and take it out whenever you want to take pictures. Its convenience and easy operations enable you to get quality pictures. It's so amazing.
